Much to the dismay of promoters, managers and bands, and to the great disappointment of fans, concerts, and sometimes entire tours, do not go ahead as planned and advertised.
Sometimes this can be due to a serious matter but at times throughout rock’s history this has occurred due to a unique and occasionally humorous reason.
In this edition we’re going to look at some of those reasons in the latter category and along the way we are going to debunk one story that I have been telling friends, family and fellow rock fans for around 30 years…welcome to concert consternation.
